Everyone wears a mask. What we see of people on the surface is so rarely what’s ticking underneath. And, in Cortland Hunt’s case, what he’s hiding might just be more than Ian Tanner is prepared for.
Breaks is the story of two young adults coming to terms with who they were, who they are and who they’ll become.
It’s a love story…but a little broken.

Poor Ian. Yep - Cort's probably right here..there's not really a right thing to say. Sometimes it's enough to listen. And Cort clearly wasn't ready to have Ian enter into anything without knowing what he was getting into!
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! x

Cort's story doesn't stop getting more & more tragic. now his mum didn't just get a nervous breakdown because Cort had messed up big time.. she suffers from this awful and long lasting mental illness (i had a friend with the same diagnose who luckily could live "normally" outside a facility with her mum). dad dead, mum in clinic. on top of everything else. who wouldn't have issues, srsly. Ian, you're srsly challenged as weird/grim family stories go, Cort is winning points.
