Everyone wears a mask. What we see of people on the surface is so rarely what’s ticking underneath. And, in Cortland Hunt’s case, what he’s hiding might just be more than Ian Tanner is prepared for.
Breaks is the story of two young adults coming to terms with who they were, who they are and who they’ll become.
It’s a love story…but a little broken.

It's madness in this house this week as it's showtime for my other life! I'm in Priscilla, Queen of the desert at the Leys theatre, Cambridge. Exciting stuff, but my head is full of costume and bus panic, haha! Wish me luck :)
Meanwhile, Cort's laying out some truth here. Anyone else feel like he's entirely sure Ian will choose Milly when it comes down to it? Don't start pushing away too hard now, Cort - you have a surprise in store! 0_O
I wait every Monday for this to update...Very stalkery...but the good kind! Cort looks so precious in that third panel. It seems like he is wearing his heart on his sleeve whenever Ian is around...Ian needs to put the poor guy out of his misery and make the ...wait for it...BRAKE!
When will we be able to order the Delux edition. That is the one I'm waiting for!
awwww Cort.. how generous of you. y'know you're not gonna land anything with this attitude, right? when someone as chaotic, full of issues, undecided and unfocused as Ian makes a step in your direction, you comply without asking - who knows when it'll happen again XD
First: all the luck in the world for you!!! I'm pretty sure you don't need it but better more than less...
I really love how Cort cons or unconsciously put himself in the other side to be picked up by Ian, that was a quite open way to say we have something and acknowledge it because 'I already am there' and take me or her; of course is the insecurety too that "no one is between childhood friends" idea but that is relative... our boys are growing and I'm happy to see it.
@sstogner1: That's the absolute best form of stalker, haha! And yeah - Ian brings out something softer in Cort, for sure.
And aww, bless you!! I'll try and get the deluxe link ASAP. I know patrons were sent it, but you're so right!
