Everyone wears a mask. What we see of people on the surface is so rarely what’s ticking underneath. And, in Cortland Hunt’s case, what he’s hiding might just be more than Ian Tanner is prepared for.
Breaks is the story of two young adults coming to terms with who they were, who they are and who they’ll become.
It’s a love story…but a little broken.

On some level, Cortland is trying...
but he's a bit pants at this, eh? Are things so bad between him and his brother that he knows any real talk will only end in argument? How do you fix that when you're worried about someone? Difficult. But make some effort, cort! XD
XDD he's not wrong! You asked for Ian's help and said 'nothing will work' so if nothing will work you're screwed XD
Though talking will help, even if they don't have a deep conversation. The knowing that his brother asked to see how he was should have some little positive effect :)
I just read this entire comic for the first time, and the absence of the next page complete caught me off guard, this is and amazing story, and art is just fantastic, truly a gem a comic! I cant wait to see Cort's reaction on the next page! >3>
