Everyone wears a mask. What we see of people on the surface is so rarely what’s ticking underneath. And, in Cortland Hunt’s case, what he’s hiding might just be more than Ian Tanner is prepared for.
Breaks is the story of two young adults coming to terms with who they were, who they are and who they’ll become.
It’s a love story…but a little broken.

Presenting: Sunny Tanner!! (rosey - yay!) ^_^
I'm left-hand typing right now as I'm recovering from a bout of RSI, sadly, but your comments bolster me, as ever. I'm so sorry I can't reply to last week's comments individually xx
Sunny's cute and all...
But I'd read this if it were 24/7 Tanner/Hunt. I have no need for other characters, awesome as they are.
That being said -- Tanner's vulnerability to his sister is sweet. The way he can admit to her (and ultimately, himself) that that he did was potentially damaging makes him more of an adult than many adults I know.
Now get back to the two of them interacting, would you? Even if it's just punches and tears. The interplay between Tanner/Hunt is just too perfect, and I need some more questions answered.
@MalinRyden: That interview made me feel *terrible* for Spencer, and I don't know as I liked that, haha. I was sort of building up to hate the shit out of him, and then you went and showed him to be seriously damaged and coping worse than the two chuckleheads I know and love. I don't know how much of this is plotted out, but I kind of hope Ian kills Spencer's Dad. Then again, I'm still having trouble figuring out how Ian kills anyone.
Don't ask your sibling unless the level of seriousness is addressed XD
I am rubbish with positive comments I have to be worked into the conversation XD
But he should be honest with her, get it off your chest man! I have a gay friend and she keeps it a secret and it saddens me to see how much she keeps it down, I know it upsets her too :(
